For strategic disposals, we seek to acquire and rapidly implement business plans that effect change, comfortably optimizing the assets within the real estate cycle and investment horizon. In particular, we focus on operational turnarounds and assets where hidden upside can be exploited through tactical CapEx deployment. Our proprietary forecasting methodologies equip us to out-perform while timing for optimal exits.
